There is an interesting story to the Cambodia gambling halls that lie just across the border from nearby Thailand, where gambling hall betting is against the law. Eight gambling halls are situated in a generally tiny space in the city of Poipet in Cambodia. The Star Vegas Casino is is located in an international vacation and hotel compound that features many comforts on top of the gambling hall, which contains 10,000 square feet of 130 slot machines and 88 gaming tables.
